DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We are dispatching orders on a daily (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) and will aim to have all orders received by 10am delivered the following working day. Same working day dispatch is subject to order volume and stock at the time of ordering, however, once any order is despatched you will receive an email notification letting you know that your ordered items are on their way.

We will aim to answer all your queries within 24 hours.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES:

Goods dispatched via Royal Mail are sent via tracked delivery service and usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days as part of the 1 to 3 working days mentioned above but obviously you may well receive your order on a Saturday.*

DPD DELIVERIES:

Goods dispatched via DPD usually arrive within 1 working day after dispatch (98% of the time) to UK mainland addresses. Deliveries by DPD are usually made Monday to Friday only (there will be no Saturday delivery option for these) and a signature will be required on delivery in most cases.*

*UK Mainland – does not usually cover highlands and islands of the UK, for these destinations your parcel will be delivered, but please allow a little more time to receive your order from delivery.

DELIVERIES outside of UK Mainland:

We will accept orders and ship products around the world if required, these will be delivered by a tracked courier service – please contact us directly with your requirements and we will discuss these orders with you.
